You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any qr44 service. By creating an account you confirm you meet this requirement. qr44 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time.
Each individual may hold only one qr44 account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation. Bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be cancelled without notice.
All qr44 bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods stated at the time of offer. Abuse of bonus terms — including exploitation of loopholes — may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and qr44 ("qr44", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://qr44.win. By accessing the qr44 website, creating an account, or using any qr44 service — including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sportsbook betting, and promotional features — you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of qr44 services and close your account. Continued access to or use of the qr44 platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. Access to qr44 is strictly limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. qr44 may, at its absolute discretion and at any time, require you to provide documentary proof of age and identity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification.
3.2 Jurisdictional Compliance. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using qr44 Services is lawful in your jurisdiction. qr44 makes no representation that its Services are available or appropriate for use in all locations. Players accessing the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction do so at their own risk and qr44 shall bear no liability in such circumstances.
3.3 Account Accuracy. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to maintain the accuracy of such information throughout the duration of your Account. qr44 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where false, misleading, or incomplete information is provided.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one active qr44 Account only. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, qr44 may close all associated accounts, forfeit pending bonuses, and withhold withdrawals subject to investigation.
4.1 Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your qr44 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account is deemed to have been authorised by you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify qr44 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
4.2 Account Suspension. qr44 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or collusion; (b) a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; (c) a technical error has resulted in incorrect account balances or game outcomes; or (d) required verification documents have not been provided.
4.3 Account Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting qr44 support. All Real Money Funds remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player subject to completion of identity verification. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.
5.1 Currency. All qr44 Account balances, transactions, and game bets are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). qr44 does not charge currency conversion fees on MYR transactions. Players depositing in other currencies bear any applicable conversion costs imposed by their payment provider.
5.2 Payment Methods. qr44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the Banking page and may be updated periodically.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business hours under standard conditions following completion of identity verification. qr44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including but not limited to government-issued identification and proof of payment method ownership — before authorising any withdrawal.
5.4 Anti-Money Laundering. qr44 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) requirements. qr44 may request source-of-funds documentation from any Player and may delay, suspend, or report transactions where there is reasonable suspicion of money laundering or related financial crime.
5.5 Deposit Reversals. You agree not to initiate chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes in respect of any deposit made to your qr44 Account. Any Player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback will have their Account immediately suspended and the matter referred to the relevant payment authority.
6.1 General. qr44 offers various bonuses, free spins, cashback, and promotional rewards subject to individual terms stated at the point of offer. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements, game contribution rates, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry dates applicable to each specific promotion.
6.2 Abuse. Any Player who, in qr44's reasonable opinion, has exploited a bonus offer, participated in coordinated bonus abuse, utilised prohibited betting strategies in connection with a bonus, or otherwise acted in bad faith in relation to a promotional offer may have their bonus cancelled and their Account reviewed. qr44's determination in such matters is final.
6.3 Amendments. qr44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an Account will not be retroactively modified except where evidence of abuse has been identified.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the qr44 platform — including live dealer tables, RNG casino games, and sportsbook markets — are supplied by licensed third-party software providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or real-world events as applicable. qr44 does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or incorrect game results — qr44 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and return staked amounts to Players' Accounts. qr44 shall not be liable for any winnings attributed to a game that did not complete successfully due to a technical fault.
7.3 Void Bets. qr44 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at clearly erroneous odds, or placed in suspected contravention of these Terms. Where a void is applied, the staked amount is returned to the Player's Account.

Violation of any prohibition above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the qr44 platform — including but not limited to software, design, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of qr44 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any qr44 content without prior written permission.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qr44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, service interruptions, data loss, or reliance on information published on the platform.
10.2 qr44 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times or free from errors or interruptions. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect platform availability without prior notice.
10.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit qr44's liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
qr44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement and is incorporated by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. qr44 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties.
qr44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. Players must be 21 years of age or older to access qr44 Services. Account holders may access deposit limits, session time controls, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion directly from Account settings at any time. qr44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via email or on-platform notification at least 7 days before they take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory obligation. Your continued use of the qr44 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
qr44 may terminate this Agreement and close your Account with immediate effect if you breach any material provision of these Terms. Upon termination, Real Money Funds held in your Account will be returned to you subject to satisfactory completion of identity verification and the absence of any outstanding fraud or AML investigation. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination for cause.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction under which qr44 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be referred to qr44's internal dispute resolution process. Players who are dissatisfied with the outcome of the internal process may refer their complaint to the relevant regulatory authority. Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory rights.
